Notes for Parents:

OUR READING MAP TEST IS TOMORROW AND MATH IS NEXT WEEK!!!! PLEASE REVIEW FOR MATH!!!

Please be sure that your child has completed all of the IXL Math skills in his/her orange MAP Test folder. These skills will reinforce the concepts that we have covered this year and provide additional practice in your child’s MAP test target areas. Please remember that this final Spring MAP test is the test that is part of your child’s promotion to 4th grade.

We will continue to have long division homework. Students must remember our 4 steps: Divide, Multiply, Subtract, and Bring Down. They must also remember to LINE UP their numbers correctly when dividing.

Students will be working on several skills this week that they will encounter on the MAP Test in addition to our final Math Chapter 12 skills-Two-Dimensional shapes. It is crucial that your child complete all homework assignments and complete his/her IXL skills this week.
